Carrot, sweet potato and leek soup served with homemade bread .V
Caramelised onion and blue cheese tart with exotic leaves and balsamic syrup .V
Antipasti: Parma ham, salami, mixed olives, feta, and rocket .
Chicken liver parfait served with homemade spiced chutney and oatcakes .
Smoked salmon and prawn parcels on a bed of salad leaves with a citrus crème fraiche dressing.

(All Main Courses are served with roast potatoes and a selection of vegetables.)
Roast rib-eye beef with Yorkshire pudding and a red wine jus.
Roasted whole pepper stuffed with goat's cheese, basil and sun-dried tomato risotto, served with a roasted pepper, tomato and garlic dressing.V
Traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings.
Baked escalope of salmon with a fresh ginger, chilli and lime dressing.
Maple glazed ham with a caramelised apple and pear puree.

Sticky toffee pudding with hot fudge sauce and vanilla ice-cream.
Chocolate mousse and caramel tart served with crème fraiche.
Christmas pudding with brandy cream sauce.
Fruits of the forest cheesecake with raspberry coulis.
Selection of cheeses with homemade chutney, grapes and crackers.
