Starters
Carrot, sweet potato and leek soup served with homemade bread.V
Goat’s cheese and marinated pepper tart with exotic leaves and balsamic syrup.V
Parma ham, feta, rocket and melon salad with honey yoghurt.
Chicken liver parfait served with homemade spiced chutney and oatcakes.
Smoked salmon and prawn parcels on a bed of salad leaves with
a citrus crème fraiche dressing.
Mains
(All Main Courses are served with roast potatoes and a selection of vegetables.)
Roast rib-eye beef with Yorkshire pudding and a red wine jus.
Filo pastry basket filled with spinach, courgette and brie with a
cranberry and cherry relish.V
Traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings.
Maple glazed ham with a caramelised apple and pear puree.
Baked escalope of salmon with a fresh herb butter sauce.
Desserts
Sticky toffee pudding with hot fudge sauce and vanilla ice-cream.
Rich chocolate mousse with cinnamon crème fraiche and homemade shortbread biscuit.
Christmas pudding with brandy cream sauce.
Raspberry cheesecake with mango coulis.
Selection of cheeses with homemade chutney, grapes and crackers.
